Noureen is born in New York City on 28 February 1984. Her entire life she showed a deal of interest in becoming a professional actress. As she attended the School of the Arts of Boston University, Noureen began to establish the basis of an enviable career. Noureen then began to audition for different roles. In 2005 she obtained an important part in a film called West Bank Story. West Bank Story premiered at the 2005 Sundance Film Festival and was additionally screened at festivals across the globe. The film won in 2007 when it was awarded an Oscar to be the Best Live Action Short Film. It was a stepping stone for Noureen to achieve success in the coming years. The year 1999 was the year she became popular after she received worldwide praise and attention due to her performance in American Beauty. The film she starred in was Ghost World (2001), the critically acclaimed film that earned her an award of a Golden Globe.
