Noureen Dwulf was born on the 28th day of February, 1984 at New York City. The actress has always had an interest in acting. The foundations of her profession when she enrolled at Boston University's School of the Arts. Noureen started auditioning for roles following her graduation. The film she auditioned for gave her a significant role in the film West Bank Story. West Bank Story had its world premiere at the Sundance Film Festival of 2005, and it was also presented at numerous other festivals. Also, it received an Oscar nomination in the category of Best Live Action Short Film during the 79th Annual Academy Awards ceremony in 2007. The film was the first step of Noureen DeWulf's career. Since that time, Noureen DeWulf has played roles in several TV Series such as Girlfriends Numb3rs Chuck and Outsourced. Her fame began to rise in 1999 after earning international attention and praise for her role in American Beauty. She starred next in Ghost World (2001), an acclaimed film which garnered her a Golden Globe.
